You Are Not Alone in This

Healing That Happens Between People

Group Therapy offers something individual work cannot: the lived experience of being truly witnessed by others who understand. At IPG, our groups are small, carefully composed, and led by experienced clinicians who create the conditions for genuine connection and meaningful growth.

Who Can Benefit from Group Therapy?

Growth That Happens in the Presence of Others

Group Therapy is well suited for individuals experiencing loneliness, anxiety, relational difficulties, grief, life transitions, or a desire to understand how they show up with others. It is also highly effective for those who have done individual work and are ready to apply their insights in a relational setting.

For clients navigating specific relational dynamics within a family system, Family Systems Therapy offers a complementary and focused approach.

What is Group Therapy?

The Group as a Mirror and a Catalyst

Group Therapy brings a small number of individuals together, typically 6 to 10, to work through personal challenges in the presence of a trained therapist and peers who offer honest reflection and genuine support.

The group itself becomes a therapeutic tool. The way you relate to others in the room often mirrors how you relate to people in your life, and it is in this living dynamic that real insight and change can occur.

At IPG, groups are carefully curated for compatibility and led with skill, structure, and deep respect for every participant.
